Ultra Fish Traders was established in 2013 by founder and owner Ricardo Moniz. We started out as small enterprise which continued to grow and expand diversifying from local to national and now the EU market.

Growing up in a family that has been involved in the fishing industry for many years gave me the opportunity to experience the industry from a very young age. This ignited my interest and fuelled my passion for this industry which resulted in me spearheading my own footprint in consistently supplying and exporting good quality fresh and frozen fish.
